THE STORY OF DOTTI
The 1980’s were a time of reinvention, of power dressing and celebrating individual, head-turning style. During this fast paced era Dotti was born. Founders Raymond Levis and Linda Bowen launched Dotti in Sydney in 1981. Rumours persist that the inspiration for the Dotti name comes either from Linda’s mother Dorothy, reputedly a style icon in her own right, or from the stylish shopping destination in Rome, known as Via Condotti.
In 2004 the Dotti chain became a part of The Just Group family and began expanding throughout Australia and New Zealand. In as little time as it takes to bat your lashes, Dotti exploded from just ten stores to opening its 100th store in December of 2009.
Dotti will continue with their plan to conquer the fashion world throughout 2010 and into the future.
