DESIGN-A-BITS BRIEF # 5: PARTY TOP
December equals parties galore, so for this month’s brief it’s about designing the most fabulous party top. Go crazy with glimmer and shimmer, keep it clean or create an amazing print. It’s your choice.
Be creative and think outside the box. Happy sketching!
The important stuff:
- Entry is open from August 18 to September 15 2010. Pop the deadline in your diary now!
- Please make sure that you save your design in jpeg format and that it is under 10MB in size.
- Your entry can be in the form of a pencil sketch, digital illustration, mixed media work, etc. Whatever format you feel best shows off your idea.
All entries will be reviewed by our panel of judges who will take special note of the most “liked” entries.
Criteria:
- Most outstanding and original design
- The design must fulfill the brief
The Prize:
This is a rare chance to see your own designs brought to life and in-stores fast. How much of a thrill will it be to see your name credited as designer on the label?! Make sure to keep an eye out for the winning design in stores from mid-November.
How does it work?
Now you don't even have to go to fashion school to see your designs in-stores with your name emblazoned across them.
Each month we will set a new challenge where your mission is to get creative and upload your own original design. Then we play judge and sartorial jury to choose the winning entry.
Your dream design could soon become a reality and appear on Dotti's shelves faster than you can say "must-have of the season".
