What inspired Melissa?
"Inspired by all things fun and feminine, the bow is the central focus which gives the skort a girly touch as it softly drapes from the waist of the skort. These flirty little skorts are a fabulous alternative to skirts or shorts this season. Inspiration also came from current trends, such as high waisted clothing and the soft, light colour range which appears in this season’s spring clothing."
Who is Melissa?
Melissa is an 18 year old girly girl from Sydney who has loved fashion all her life. After successfully study textiles in year 11 and 12 she decided she would like to undertake a career in fashion. This year Melissa has studied fashion styling part time and has had experience working with fashion designers and at fashion shows. Next year she hopes to continue her education, studying fashion design and technology full time. In the future Melissa hopes to design and launch her own clothing label.
