You can purchase a gift card in any Dotti store for any value between $5 and $1,000. Cards are active once your purchase has been completed through the point of sale in-store. You cannot purchase a gift card as part of a lay-by sale.
Gift card value cannot be reloaded.
Just click the Gift Card link at the bottom of your page and select the denomination and design you wish to purchase. Once you have added the gift card to your shopping bag, proceed through to the checkout. You then enter the recipient’s details and have the option to add a message which will be sent with the gift card. Delivery of the gift card is free and is posted within 2 to 3 business days. You can purchase items from within our on-line store and combine a gift card with the purchase. The items in your order will be sent to you and each gift card will be sent out individually to the recipient of your choice.
To use your gift card to make a purchase online, just select gift card from the drop down list of payment methods. Enter the card number and 4 digit code located under the scratch panel. The amount of your order will then be deducted from your card and any remaining amount will stay on your card for future use. You can also combine your gift card with a credit card to make an online purchase.
You can use your gift card as many times as you want until the balance reaches zero.
We will not refund cash for any unused gift card amount.
You can view your Gift Card Balance online at any time.
You can either check the balance of your card online or in store. Every time you make a purchase in store the receipt will show you the previous balance, transaction value and remaining balance. You can check your transaction history online or by contacting us - in Australia call 1800 229 688 and in New Zealand call 0800 023 522.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date can be found on your receipt, on the back of the gift card or online.
Treat your gift card like cash. Lost and stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.
