  • Bust

    This is the fullest part of the chest and around the shoulder blades. Wrap the measuring tape comfortably around this area.

  • Waist

    This is the slimmest part of the natural waistline - above the navel and below the rib cage. Wrap the measuring tape comfortably around this area.

  • Hips

    This is around the fullest part of the hips. Wrap the measuring tape comfortably around this area.

  • Foot Length

    This is the length from the back of the heel to the longest toe. Trace your foot with a pencil onto a piece of paper. Rule a horizontal line across the bottom and top of your foot. Rule a vertical line through these points of your foot stencil to find the length of your foot.
