How do I search for a product?

Browse through the different categories by using the top menu navigation. Alternatively, if you know exactly what you are looking for, enter it into the search field above the navigation menu.

How do I add a product to my shopping bag?

Click on the product you like, select a colour and add the quantity (number of items) you would like. Click Add to Bag.

How do I submit an order?

  • After you have added your favourite items to your shopping bag, proceed by clicking on the shopping bag.
  • Review your items - ensure that you have selected the correct size, colour and quantity.
  • Enter in a promotion code if you have one.
  • Use the currency converter to check how much you will pay in your currency.
  • Click the checkout button.
  • On the Shopping Bag Login Page, fill in either your existing details, sign up as a guest or a full member to continue.
  • On the checkout screen, add your payment details and decide whether you would like to send the order as a gift with a message. You can also edit the shipping address for the order and/or gift card in the order.
  • Use the drop down box to select your preferred shipping method (Next Day or Standard). For more information on delivery, click here.
  • Continue to the Order Summary page where you can review the details of your order before clicking Submit.

Now sit back and wait just a few days to receive your order!

What happens after I place my order?

We will keep you up to date on the progress of your order, we know you are desperate to start wearing your Dotti pieces. You will be sent a confirmation email which includes details of your order. Check delivery times depending on where you live. Once we despatch your order we will send you a shipping confirmation email, so keep a look out for your parcel.

What are the benefits of becoming a Dotti member?

By creating an account you have the option to shop online, enter exclusive competitions, rate & review products, upload your photos to Style Nation plus so much more!

Oops I forgot my password, what do I do now?

If you don't know or have forgotten your password, head to the login link at the top right hand corner of page and then click "Forgot Password". Enter your email address and we will send you another. Remember to copy and paste the temporary password, as it is case sensitive!

Is it safe to shop on Dotti Online?

Of course it is! Dotti online store uses VERISIGN security encryption method to ensure that your purchases are 100% secure. For more information on their technology please visit the verisign website.

Can I change my order after I click submit?

Sorry no changes once you click submit. If you are unhappy with your purchase once you receive it send it back to us for an exchange or refund or take it into your nearest Dotti store (excluding factory outlets).

Can I cancel my order after I click submit?

Yes, only if your order has not been shipped.

How do I enter a promo code?

All valid promotional codes need to be keyed into the "Promotion Code" field within the shopping bag.

Do I have to become a member to place an order?

If you are new to Dotti and don't wish to register, you can still place an order as a guest shopper. By shopping as a guest you are not remembered as a member, you will miss out on future promotions, competitions and offers.

How do I send my order as a gift?

You can send a gift to someone using the same method you would use to place an order for yourself. When you enter the 'checkout' all you need to do is replace your default address details with the recipient's information, select the gift option and add an optional message (max 250 characters). The goods will be delivered to the specified address without affecting your default details for future orders.

We will send the receipt with the goods to the lucky person without the prices shown.

We do require a contact name; phone number and address of the gift recipient, in case there are problems during delivery. Only under extreme circumstances would we contact the recipient, as we know in most cases the parcel is a surprise present.
