CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry (Conditions of Entry). Entry into this competition is deemed to be an acceptance of all Conditions of Entry.
Entry is open to registered Instagram users who are residents of Australia and New Zealand, who submit a valid entry in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, Just Group Ltd and its related companies, and associated agencies, suppliers or companies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter. To register an Instagram account you must be at least 13 years of age. Participation in this competition assumes the acceptance of the Instagram Terms of Use (see www.instagram.com/about/legal/terms/).
The competition commences on 6 March 2013 and concludes at 11.59pm (AEST) on 23 March 2013.
One prize to the value of AUD$500 will be awarded to one winner. If the winner is a resident of New Zealand, one prize to the value of NZD$500 will be awarded to that winner. The winner will receive their prize by way of a gift card. Total prize pool is AUD$500 or NZD$500, depending on the usual place of residence of the winner.
To be eligible to enter entrants must set their Instagram profile settings to public, must repost (onto the entrant's own Instagram feed) the applicable competition image uploaded onto the @dotti_nation Instagram feed, must use the hashtag #longlovethedot and must follow and mention @dotti_nation.
The prize does not cover any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the offer. The prize winner is advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.
The competition draw will take place by the Promoter on 25 March 2013 at 9.00am (AEST) at 658 Church Street, Richmond, Victoria, 3121. The first valid entry drawn will be deemed to be the winner. The Promoter will notify the winner by reposting the winner's post on the @dotti_nation Instagram feed.
In addition to other requirements in these Conditions of Entry, entries must:
- not contain anything unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or defamatory;
- not contain content that is otherwise inappropriate; and
- not bully, intimidate or harass.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who interferes with or fails to comply with the correct entry process, or who submits an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions.
Entries not completed in accordance with these conditions or received after the closing date will not be considered. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to that person's parent or guardian.
The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied or taken as cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter is not liable for any gift card that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Redemption of gift cards is subject to terms and conditions stipulated on the reverse of the gift card.
Subject to any written directions issued by any regulatory authority, any prize that remains unclaimed 3 months after the closing date will be distributed by way of an unclaimed prize draw at the same place as the original draw on 25 June 2013 at 10.00am (AEDT). This draw will be made up of all participants who have entered the competition.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Conditions of Entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; and/or (f) participation in the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right (subject to reference to all relevant state and territory regulations) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this competition at any time.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries.
By entering the competition, the entrant consents to receipt of any email or SMS regarding the promotion, from the Promoter and other emails or SMS which inform the entrant of the Promoter's other publications, products, services and events and to promote third party goods and services it may be interested in.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition is governed by the Privacy Notice (see the www.thejustgroup.com.au privacy notice for full details).
At the request of the Promoter, the winner agrees (without charge) to participate in any promotional activities planned by the Promoter and consent to their name (including their Instagram profile name) and image being used in the Promoter's marketing materials.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
