Gift Cards are easy to purchase and redeem online or in your nearest Dotti store.

Gift cards can be purchased online or in store and are redeemable both online & in Dotti stores.

Gift Cards are despatched separately to any other items that may be in your order

Delivery via Australia Post on business days and not on weekends or public holidays

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods etc.)

Purchasing with your Gift Card Online

To use your gift card to make a purchase online, just select the Gift Card tab in the Payment section of the checkout. Enter the card number and 4 digit PIN located under the scratch panel.

The amount of your order will then be deducted from your card and any remaining amount will stay on your card for future use.

You can use one gift card per order. Should you have multiple gift cards, please contact us with your gift card details and we can assist you in placing your order.

You can combine your gift card payment with Credit Card or PayPal. Please ensure that you enter your gift card details first.

You can use your gift card as many times as you want until the balance reaches zero.

We will not refund cash for any unused gift card amount.

Gift Card Expiry

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the issue date, or if issued in NSW or online to a delivery / billing address in NSW from 31 March 2018, 36 months from the issue date.

Lost & Stolen Gift Cards

Treat your gift card like cash. Lost and stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.

Accepting Foreign Currency Gift Cards

International customers purchasing gift cards please note that gift cards are issued in Australian Dollars and are valid for online purchases only through this site. If you wish to purchase a gift card in New Zealand Dollars please visit our New Zealand website.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions of Use

Australia

The gift card issuer is Dotti Pty Ltd (“Dotti”) ABN 83 110 113 034. A defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen card will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Once activated the card is: redeemable for merchandise at Dotti stores in Australia and online; not redeemable for cash and is not a negotiable instrument; valid for 12 months from the issue date, or if issued in NSW or online to a delivery / billing address in NSW from 31 March 2018, 36 months from the issue date or until no amount remains on the card; not able to be reloaded; partially redeemable. Cash will not be given for any unused amount. Any unused amount after the card expires will not be refunded or credited.

New Zealand

The gift card issuer is Kimbyr Investments Limited, Company Number 205268 trading as Dotti. A defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen card will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Once activated the card is: redeemable for merchandise at Dotti stores in New Zealand and online; not redeemable for cash and is not a negotiable instrument; valid for 12 months from the issue date or until no amount remains on the card; not able to be reloaded; partially redeemable. Cash will not be given for any unused amount. Any unused amount after the card expires will not be refunded or credited.

eGift cards can be purchased online and are redeemable both online & in Dotti stores.

There is no processing or delivery fee for eGift card purchases.

eGift cards are sent direct via email within 5 minutes of placing your order, however, email carriers and other issues can delay the order. If you don’t receive your eGift card within 4 hours of purchase, please contact customer service on 1800 653 187 .

If you wish to pay for an eGift card using a non-Australian billing address, please call customer service on 1800 653 187 and we will happily process your order.
