Can I change or cancel my order after I click 'Place Order'?

Unfortunately, orders are unable to be changed or cancelled once you click ‘place order’. If you are unhappy with your purchase once you receive it, you can return or exchange it via our online store or your nearest Dotti store. See our Returns & Exchange page for further information.

What happens after I place my order?

We will keep you up to date on the progress of your order, as we know how keen you are to wear your new Dotti pieces. You will be sent a confirmation email, which includes details of your order. We may get in touch with you to confirm the details of your order. Once we despatch your order we will send you a despatch email confirming details of your tracking.
